As soon as the evaluator's name and email address are provided the evaluator will receive an email from ADEA AADSAS directing him or her to the ADEA AADSAS Evaluator's Portal. There are two types of letters that evaluators can submit:
ADEA AADSAS does not release any letters of evaluation to applicants regardless of waiver status. Evaluator Instructions. When an applicant saves an evaluation request the evaluator will receive an email request to complete the evaluation. The email will include a link to an online portal where the evaluator can upload a letter up to 5 MB.
Applicant Portal The first three sections of the ADEA AADSAS application (i.e. Personal Information Academic History and Supporting Information) compose the core application.
For applicants currently submitting ADEA AADSAS Fee Assistance requests: All decisions regarding approval or denial of fee assistance for the 2020-2021 ADEA AADSAS application will be provided on or after June 16 2020 when the cycle opens for application submission. At that time applicants will have 14 days to use the awarded funds.

All letters of evaluation must be submitted to AADSAS through the AADSAS Portal. ADEA AADSAS allows applicants to submit a maximum of four individual letters of evaluation or one committee letter/report plus the option of one additional individual letter.
Letters of Evaluation. ADEA CAAPID collects up to three letters of evaluation per applicant. While letters of evaluation are not required to submit or complete the ADEA CAAPID application most advanced standing programs accepting the ADEA CAAPID application require at least two letters of evaluation.
