Certificate of Eligibility (COE) requests are reviewed in the order received with over 99% completed within 3-5 business days. We are receiving an unprecedented volume of requests. Please allow five business days before calling 877-827-3702 to check on the status of a COE request. VA-approved lenders requesting COEs must do so online.
